Our red suite
Apartment 3 offers plenty of room for 4-6 persons.
The apartment is located towards the south and the west of the building and can be accessed via a central stairway on the second floor. It is about 65 square meters (about 700 square feet) in size and has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a hallway.
With it’s light boards, cherry tree colored floors, modern furniture and accessories in red and orange all rooms are inviting you to stay, relax and enjoy.
When you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in a hallway that offers a full size mirror, a shoe stand and a wardrobe.
Straight on, you will enter the spacious living and eating area. Here, you have a comfortable and large sofa with sofa table. The sofa can be used as extra sleeping space and transforms into a full size bed in only a few seconds.
Across the sofa you find flat-screen TV, DVD-Player and stereo-radio.
A landline-phone (free calls within the German conventional telephone network) and free wireless internet access are also available to all guests. A shelf offers some extra room to store odds and ends.
On the other side oft he room you find the dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs.
Directly behind, you have access to the kitchenette which is eqiupped with hobs, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and all necessary tableware.
Two doors lead from the living area into the two bedrooms of the apartment. They both offer a full-size bed with boards and reading lights, a closet with safe included and a dresser. All windows are equipped with blinds.
The hallway will provide you with access to the main bathroom of the apartment. It is equipped with toilet, shower, sink with mirror cabinet and make-up mirror, blow-dryer and towel radiator.
A second bathroom with toilet and small sink with mirror is located directly next to the main bathroom.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in our apartments and on the stairways. All apartments are equipped with smoke detectors.

Pricing
Your stay in apartment 3 for 2 persons will be charged with 55,00€ per night with a minumum stay of 5 nights.
Every further person will be charged an additional 10,00€ per night.
Extra persons using the sofa (more than 4 people using the apartment) will be charged additionally:
- Children up to the age of 14 years old: 5€ per person per night
- Persons older than 14 years: 10€ per person per Nacht
For short-term bookings of less than 5 days we will charge a an additional one-time fee of 20,00€.
Since January 1, 2021, the town of Markneukirchen has levied a visitor's tax. As landlords of vacation apartments, we are obligated to collect this tax and remit it to the town of Markneukirchen. The tax currently amounts to €2.00 per person per day. The day of arrival and the day of departure are counted as one day. Children up to and including the age of 12, participants in school trips and accompanying persons, severely disabled persons with a disability rating of at least 90% and their accompanying persons, as well as sick persons who are unable to leave their accommodation, are exempt from paying the visitor's tax. No visitor's tax is levied on business trips. A 50% reduction in the visitor's tax is available for children and young people aged 12 to 18, severely disabled persons with a disability rating of at least 50%, and students and trainees aged 18 to 27. A 50% reduction in the visitor's tax is granted to children and young people aged 12 to 18, severely disabled persons with a disability rating of at least 50%, and students and trainees aged 18 to 27.As a visitor, you will receive a digital guest card. This card entitles you to discounts at various tourist facilities.
